hotwaterlist.com is published by Current Reference LLC ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What you may do

  • Read the site, use its tools, and print pages for your own use, including to show a contractor.
  • Link to any page.
  • Quote individual figures or short passages, with a link to the page that carries them.
  • Cite a page as: hotwaterlist.com, the page's address, and the date it was updated.
  • Index the site for a public search service, and show short excerpts with a link.

Prohibited uses

  • Reproduce the site, or a substantial part of it, by any automated means. That includes scraping, crawling beyond what a public search service needs, and downloading pages or data files in bulk.

We claim no ownership of government data itself. Government records remain available from their original sources. Some material is used under licenses that require notices. Those notices are on the disclosures page.

The information is not advice

Certified figures describe performance under the stated test conditions. Performance in a home depends on the installation, inlet water temperature, and hot water demand.

The sizing and comparison tools give estimates. They are not engineering, installation, or purchasing advice. Confirm any equipment decision with a qualified contractor and check the certified figures for the exact model quoted.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Current Reference LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the site or from reliance on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to 100 U.S. dollars.

The site links to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Blocking and changes

We may limit, suspend, or block access that breaks these terms or burdens the site. We may change the site and these terms. The date above shows the latest change. Continued use means you accept the terms as changed.

Governing law

New Mexico law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to them. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
